WOD Vault is the all-in-one training companion for functional fitness athletes. Track personal records, calculate barbell loading, log your workouts, and time your WODs — all in one focused app, with no account required and all data stored privately on your device.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WOD Vault mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Namreh LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability company.

2. Use of the App

2.1 License

Namreh LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WOD Vault for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.2 Permitted Use

You may use WOD Vault to:

  • Track your personal fitness records and workout history
  • Calculate barbell loading for training purposes
  • Use the timer features for personal workouts
  • Attach personal photos and videos to your training entries

2.3 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent or disable any features of the App, including the in-app purchase system
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Remove Ads Purchase

WOD Vault offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") that permanently removes all banner advertisements from the App. Pricing is displayed in your local currency in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.

3.2 Payment

All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service and payment policies. Namreh LLC does not directly process or store payment information.

3.3 Non-Refundable

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple's or Google's refund policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

3.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or install it on a new device, you may restore your "Remove Ads" purchase at no additional charge using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the price of in-app purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create within WOD Vault, including workout logs, personal records, notes, photos, and videos ("Your Content").

4.2 Local Storage

All of Your Content is stored locally on your device. Namreh LLC does not access, collect, or store Your Content on any server.

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content. By adding photos or videos to the App, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4.4 Data Loss

Since WOD Vault stores data locally on your device, Namreh LLC is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, theft, software failure, or accidental deletion. We strongly recommend enabling iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Backup (Android) to protect your data.

5. Advertisements

The free version of WOD Vault displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version of the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. You may remove advertisements permanently by purchasing the "Remove Ads" upgrade.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

WOD Vault and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, text, and logos — are owned by Namreh LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Feedback

If you submit feedback, feature requests, or suggestions to us (e.g. via the Contact / Feedback option in Settings), you grant Namreh LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

6.3 Third-Party Trademarks

WOD Vault references certain fitness movements and benchmark workouts by their common names for functional purposes. All third-party trademarks referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners. WOD Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CrossFit LLC or any other fitness organization.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Fitness Disclaimer

WOD Vault is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or professional fitness coaching service. The App is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. Namreh LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from use of the App or reliance on information provided by the App.

7.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy in plate calculations, timer functions, and other features, we do not warrant that the App is error-free. Always verify barbell loading independently before lifting. Never rely solely on the App for safety-critical decisions.

7.3 "As Is" Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NAMREH LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAMREH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF NAMREH LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL NAMREH LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (INCLUDING IN-APP PURCHASES) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Namreh LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Namreh LLC regarding WOD Vault and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

Namreh LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the WOD Vault mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy. WOD Vault is designed as a local-only application — your personal training data (PRs, workouts, journal entries, and media) is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

All data you enter into WOD Vault — including personal records, workout logs, journal entries, notes, and attached photos or videos — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, access, or store this data on any server.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

WOD Vault displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. As part of delivering ads, Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

  • Device identifiers (e.g. advertising ID / IDFA)
  • IP address
  • Device type, operating system, and version
  • General location data (country/region level, derived from IP address)
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected by Google, not by Namreh LLC. We do not receive or store this information.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

  • Your name, email address, or any contact information
  • Your precise location
  • Health or fitness data beyond what you voluntarily enter in the App (which stays on your device)
  • Crash reports or usage analytics (v1)
  • Any data from users we know to be under the age of 13

3. How We Use Information

Namreh LLC does not collect personal data from WOD Vault users. Therefore, we do not use your personal data for any purpose. Google AdMob uses the automatically collected device information described in Section 2.2 to serve relevant advertisements. For more information on how Google uses this data, please review Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Advertising

WOD Vault is free to download and displays banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Users may permanently remove all advertisements through a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads").

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, we request permission to track your device for advertising purposes via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you decline, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads. The App functions fully regardless of your choice.

Opting Out of Personalized Ads

  • iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
  • Android: Go to Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

5. Data Storage & Security

All data you create in WOD Vault is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (Isar DB) and your device's file system (for photos and videos). This data:

  • Is never transmitted to Namreh LLC or any third party by us
  • Is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, etc.)
  • May be included in your device's local backup (iCloud or Google Backup) depending on your device settings

We recommend enabling device-level security (passcode or biometric lock) to protect your data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you control it entirely:

  • To delete your data: Delete the App from your device. All locally stored data will be permanently removed.
  • To delete specific entries: Use the delete function within the App (PR entries, WOD entries, and media can be deleted individually).
  • Backup data: If you have iCloud or Google Backup enabled, your app data may be included in those backups. Deleting the app from your device does not delete iCloud/Google backups — manage those through your device's backup settings.

7. Children's Privacy

WOD Vault is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to address the situation.

8. Third-Party Services

WOD Vault integrates the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob — Display banner advertisements (policies.google.com/privacy)
  • RevenueCat — Process in-app purchases (revenuecat.com/privacy)

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

RevenueCat & In-App Purchases

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). RevenueCat facilitates purchase verification. RevenueCat may collect a device identifier and purchase receipt for this purpose. No payment card information is ever shared with Namreh LLC.

9. Your Rights

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Since Namreh LLC does not collect or sell personal information, these rights are satisfied by design. For AdMob-related data, please refer to Google's privacy controls.

EEA / UK Residents (GDPR)

Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and objection regarding personal data. Since Namreh LLC does not collect personal data, these rights apply primarily to AdMob's data collection. AdMob will present a consent prompt to EEA/UK users before collecting data for personalized advertising.
