Terms of Service
These are the Terms of Service for the WOD Matrix mobile app. See also the Privacy Policy and the WOD Matrix app page.

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the WOD Matrix mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Namreh LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a limited liability company.
2. Use of the App
2.1 License
Namreh LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WOD Matrix for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
2.2 Permitted Use
You may use WOD Matrix to:
- Track your personal fitness records and workout history
- Calculate barbell loading for training purposes
- Use the timer features for personal workouts
- Attach personal photos and videos to your training entries
2.3 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent or disable any features of the App, including the in-app purchase system
- Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users
3. In-App Purchases
3.1 Remove Ads Purchase
WOD Matrix offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") that permanently removes all banner advertisements from the App. Pricing is displayed in your local currency in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase.
3.2 Payment
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service and payment policies. Namreh LLC does not directly process or store payment information.
3.3 Non-Refundable
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple's or Google's refund policies. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
3.4 Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or install it on a new device, you may restore your "Remove Ads" purchase at no additional charge using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
3.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the price of in-app purchases at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already made.
4. Your Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create within WOD Matrix, including workout logs, personal records, notes, photos, and videos ("Your Content").
4.2 Local Storage
All of Your Content is stored locally on your device. Namreh LLC does not access, collect, or store Your Content on any server.
4.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Your Content. By adding photos or videos to the App, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4.4 Data Loss
Since WOD Matrix stores data locally on your device, Namreh LLC is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, theft, software failure, or accidental deletion. We strongly recommend enabling iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Backup (Android) to protect your data.
5. Advertisements
The free version of WOD Matrix displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version of the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. You may remove advertisements permanently by purchasing the "Remove Ads" upgrade.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
WOD Matrix and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, text, and logos — are owned by Namreh LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Feedback
If you submit feedback, feature requests, or suggestions to us (e.g. via the Contact / Feedback option in Settings), you grant Namreh LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
6.3 Third-Party Trademarks
WOD Matrix references certain fitness movements and benchmark workouts by their common names for functional purposes. All third-party trademarks referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners. WOD Matrix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CrossFit LLC or any other fitness organization.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Fitness Disclaimer
WOD Matrix is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or professional fitness coaching service. The App is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. Namreh LLC is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from use of the App or reliance on information provided by the App.
7.2 Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy in plate calculations, timer functions, and other features, we do not warrant that the App is error-free. Always verify barbell loading independently before lifting. Never rely solely on the App for safety-critical decisions.
7.3 "As Is" Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NAMREH LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAMREH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF NAMREH LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL NAMREH LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (INCLUDING IN-APP PURCHASES) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Namreh LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Namreh LLC regarding WOD Matrix and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
